Eddie is in the grabbing stage now. I was hoping he wouldn't notice the mic, but no such luck! It was interesting keeping it away from him and still sing into it.

Paul wrote new words to go with the tune 'Gentle Shepherd'. I was getting pretty nervous a few days before the dedication because we didn't have a song yet, but the Lord gave Paul this song just in the nick of time!

Bro. Dicken preformed the dedication. He's done all three of our childrens. The Lord always helps him in a special way, and each dedication is unique.

hello again! a lot has happened since I last posted. My sister Kimmi and her husband Josh had a beautiful baby boy on Valentines day. Jayden Alan weighed 6lbs 2.6oz., and was 20 1/2 inches.He is my first nephew on my side. as you can tell, Emma loves holding him!:-)

We went to my parents last weekend on the spur of the moment. It was a nice, relaxing weekend. Also, Stephen, Rebecca's fiance', showed up and surprised her. Eddie is 3 and a half months now. About three wks ago, he weighed 15 lbs. He can be a little heavy to tote around! Mom recently found her lincoln logs, and they were a big hit with the "kids":-) My dad even got down with them once and built a cabin.

This year we were able to go to Covert Christmas. This is all of Bobby and Emma Coverts 11 Great-Grandchildren.(L-R)Charlie Kennedy (Aaron & Sara's), Dregon Thurman (Chris & Sheri's ), Ezra & Gage Guthrie (Gwen's) ,James(Rachel Kennedy's), Bobby Guthrie (Margeret's) ,Eddie and Emma Robbins (Paul & Angela's), Abigail (Rachel's), Shalynne (Paul & Angela's), and Jonathan,Jr.(Jonathan & Carolines).Needless to say, it was quite noisy and crowded! Maybe we need to rent a hall next year!

I LOVE baby feet! My husband thinks I'm goofy, but there is just something sweet about baby feet. Shalynne likes to have her feet rubbed, because I rubbed them so much when she was a baby:-)

The girls' Christmas program. I was really proud of the girls. I did'nt think Emma was going to say her lines at first cause she was the first one up front, but she did after a little coaxing. Shalynne had just woke up not too long before the program, so she was a little touchy. Over all, they did a great job, though.

Well, i thought i would try my hand at doing the kids' pics for christmas. These are a few of what I did. I've discovered if you don't get a good pic in the first 5-10 minutes, it ain't gonna happen! They did'nt do to bad, though. I took TOO many of Eddie.I love the black and white one. We've decided he might actually be a red head after all! He is such a good baby. We are so blessed.

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to go to New York. We realized that we would pass pretty close to Niagra Falls, so we decided to stop there. It was wet and rainy and cold, but we bundled up and saw it anyway. The falls were beautiful, but I did'nt like the rails. I felt like I was going to fall over the edge. The girls were really fascinated by it. Emma said we went and saw the "waves":-)

Baby Eddie's First Bath

Well, believe it or not, daddy gave baby Eddie his first bath.

As you can see, he was'nt very thrilled with the whole idea(Eddie, that is, not daddy...then again he did'nt look too thrilled, either!) Eddie has been growing like a weed. When he left the hospital, he weighed 6lbs. 12oz.Two weeks later, he was up to 8lbs. 12oz.! That's a pound a week! He has a double chin and chipmonk cheeks;-) He is such a good baby. Mommy loves him so much!

Paul Edwin Robbins IV (Baby Eddie!)

Here he is! The long awaited, illustrious, Paul Edwin Robbins IV! He arrived at 12:42 am on October 18. He weighed in at 7lbs. 5.2oz., and was 20 and a half inches long.

This is the first time I saw him. It was about 2:00 in the morning. I ended up having an emergency c-section due to a severe placental abruption, and also placental previa. A lot of prayer went up for us, and I am so thankful the Lord saw fit to let us live.

Papa is as proud as can be:-) He has already changed more diapers than he did with Shalynne. He is holding him every chance he gets.

The week before we moved (yes, we moved...long story) we met Derek and Jessica Geise in Indiana for the Wilbur Wright Festival. We ended up getting rained out, but the girls enjoyed climbing on the tractors....until the owner caught us!!!

Emma's all grown up, now. She's 4 year's old, and has the world by the tail! This is actually her second birthday party this week. The girl's were with my parents for a few days, and then they went to his parents. But they're not the least bit spoiled! no sirree! ( yeah,right)

I LOVE this picture! I'm not supposed to be doing any lifting or stretching with this pregnancy, so guess who gets to do the laundry?! Mom says he's feeling the pains of this baby, too:-)
They decided they needed to take their nap outside. Guess how long that lasted. "Mom, the sun's to bright.....we need a pillow...can I have a drink....there's a BUG on the blanket!!!...tell Shalynne to scoot over....:-("

This is the first wedding cake that Christopher and Jennifer Yaney have ever done. I think they did a fantastic job!!! They have already been booked to do my sister's weddings, IF they ever find the right guy;-) If any one wants their number, let me know. They also do birthday, anniversery, retirement, etc.
I think these people were the best looking out of the whole wedding:-)

We went for an Ultrasound Wed. to find out what was going on with the baby and the uterine blood clot( or sub-chorionic hemorrhage, if you want to be technical:-) The baby is doing great and is right on target for the due date. The blood clot is approximately 3 inches long by 1 1/2 inches thick. It's not growing, and they tell me I should have a healthy pregnancy. I will still have a lot of pain, but it will eventually get better. We are so thankful that everything is ok. It has been a big load off our minds. Isn't he(she) the cutest little blob you've ever seen?!

We were at my moms recently, and the girls were trying out Rebecca and Sarah's MP3 players. I think Gran is wanting to get one for Emma, and if she does, I'm going to load it up with lots of stories and kids songs;-) What's the world coming to, when 2 & 3 year olds have there own MP3 players?!LOL

This is the girls Easter egg hunt. I think its the first time we have ever hunted in our coats! They did'nt seem to mind, though, and after they found them all, they wanted to hide them again!! After they ate a lot of candy, they got to go play with the neighbors kids for a while. This is one momma who can't wait for spring so she can get the kids out of the house! I think we all have a little bit of cabin fever.

Hello, everyone! Sorry it's been so long since the last update. I'll try to catch you up on all the Robbins III happenings. The first of this month Paul and I went to the Wesleyan Holiness General Ministeral in Point Pleasant, W. Va. We really enjoyed all the sessions, and left refreshed and with a new outlook. Then March 13, I began having severe pains in my stomach, and I went to the emergency room thinking I might be having a miscarriage. Five and a half hours and many tests later they discovered I had a bloodclot in my uterus. They sent me home on bedrest. That is the most boring thing in the world. My doctor let me off bedrest on March17, because he was concerned another clot might form. I have another ultrasound on March 26 to find out if it is growing or not. I am still having quite a bit of pain if I try to do to much. We are praying that everything turns out ok and I will have a healthy pregnancy. I will try to keep you updated.

Last night we went to Paul and Dorine's for the weekend and wore these shirts. You should have seen the looks on their faces when they realized what we were telling them! Emma is so excited! She keeps telling me to be careful and don't hurt the baby. She hopes it is a baby brother. When Emma told Shalynne that mommy was going to have a baby, she said "No!" I'm not sure she understands yet. Anyway, we are all pretty excited. If all goes well, the baby is due October 30.

Derek and Jessica Geise, good friends of ours came over to spend the weekend with us. This was Drew's first time out of state. He is six weeks old and quite the little man. My girls were really fascinated by this little human being. As you can see, Shalynne does'nt quite have the mothering touch that Emma has:-) Emma held him two or three different times, and even sang him to sleep. She is SOO in love. She kept telling us "I want a baby brother Drew! I am praying for a baby brother!"

Jonathan Robbins and Jonathan Thompson were busy impersonating "Two Men and a Truck" today. Since Jonny and Care are moving from a six bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment, a lot of their furniture obviously won't fit:-) So we volunteered to take their sectional couch. After they got here, they realized they had left three of the cushions at the house! So I am making do with four comforters and a blue sheet til next week. Also Jonny forgot to get boxes from us for them to pack in. So it was an all around bad day for him, but a funny day for us;-)

This is our room at the Carlisle Inn in Sugarcreek, Ohio. The room was so big, the front four rooms of our house could fit in it!!!
We were here for the Marriage Matters retreat over Valentines Day.
